After extensive renovation and re-modelling work, the hotel proudly displays itself in a completely individual and innovative style. Traditional atmosphere and modern design have been brought together in the re-design of the four-star hotel.

In addition to its elaborate reconstruction, the Kitzhof’s occupancy has also been extended to include three generously sized suites and 27 Superior rooms to total 164 rooms overall. A new 600 sqm extensive spa area with a large pool, Finnish sauna, sanarium, steam room and five treatment rooms have been added to complement the facilities offered by the hotel.

Moreover, four first-class restaurants with local delicacies and international cuisine tempt the guests’ taste buds. The hotel’s gardens have been newly designed and laid by the award-winning landscape planner, Friedhelm Hellenkamp, with a sun terrace, lounger area and a modern interpretation of a kitchen garden.
