The award-winning top chef, Eduard Hitzberger, has taken over the management of the entire gastronomic area of the 5-star Superior Resort Kitzbühel. In addition to the buffet restaurant 'Streif' and the 'Restaurant im Golfhaus', the gourmet restaurant ‘Kaps’ will also fall under his influence.
The Head Chef is especially focusing on a new cuisine concept for 'Kaps', which was re-opened under his personal management on 19th June 2008.

Currently Eduard Hitzberger is preparing a gastronomic concept for the three restaurants and is putting together the different kitchen teams who will be responsible for carrying out the concept.
Future guests at the Grand SPA Resort A-Rosa will most definitely be delighted to enjoy high class culinary pleasure under the guidance of the famous top chef.
