Gourmet delights at the International Käsiade 2008

From 6 to 8 November 2008, the international Käsiade again attracted trade visitors, VIPs and cheese gourmets to the Hopfgarten for the ninth time.

Widely travelled and local cheeses were tasted and rated in this connection by a jury comprising several experts. As every year, at this year’s Käsiade the award of the cheese Oscar – the “Peak of Quality” – was the goal of all the cheeses taking part.
