Elegant, regional atmosphere in Petit Tirolia
head chef Bobby Bräuer

In November 2008 the “Petit Tirolia” restaurant opened at the Eichenheim golf course in Kitzbühel under the guidance of head chef, Bobby Bräuer.  The ”Petit Tirolia“ has an elegant, regional atmosphere with a fantastic view of Kitzbühel. The managing director, Ulrich Drewitz, and his employees, especially the F&B director, Patric Neeser, are sure of one thing: “With the ‘Petit Tirolia’, Kitzbühel has gained a new culinary highlight.”

The 47-year-old head chef is well-known for taking the classic French style and enlivening it with Mediterranean influences whilst always making sure that the produce and taste take centre stage.  This does not mean that his menu is lacking in international premium produce, instead it is combined with the best the region has to offer and creates a very unique appeal. Bobby Bräuer's cuisine is accompanied by a select wine menu of more than 800 wines. Naturally the main focus here is placed on Austrian choice vintages. However, the well-known classics and rare wines from both the new and old worlds are not neglected on the menu.

Bobby Bräuer will also take culinary charge of the golf bistro at the Eichenheim golf course from the end of November. In the open kitchen with large bar counters, the bistra brigade offers delicious dishes from the region and cuisine from its southern neighbours. In early summer 2009, the new Golf & Ski Resort Grand Tirolia with 150 beds will also open in the golf course area. Once again, Bräuer will be in charge of creativity and quality at the hotel restaurant.
