Despite the economy suffering turbulent times, real estate prices in Kitzbühel are running at high levels, According to industry experts, at times like these people prefer to invest in safe assets rather than on the stock markets.

Yet even without the financial crisis, real estate prices have been following a consistently upwards trend for the last 30 years and have now reached 4,000 euros per square metre – and the trend is still upwards.
